These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tridentdfs.com (the "Site"), our Discord community, and any related membership services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, completing checkout, or accessing our Discord server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you engage with any third-party sportsbook, daily fantasy sports (DFS) platform, or prediction market referenced on this Site, you are solely responsible for meeting that platform's minimum age and eligibility requirements, which may be higher than 18 (often 21) depending on your state or country. You are responsible for confirming that DFS, sports betting, and related activities are legal in your jurisdiction before participating.
2. Description of Service
Trident DFS provides sports betting and DFS educational content, commentary, strategy discussion, and access to a private Discord community, organized into paid membership tiers ("Elite" and "Platinum"). The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
Trident DFS does not place bets on your behalf, does not manage your funds, and is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or licensed gambling operator. Any picks, plays, or strategies shared through the Service are opinions, not guarantees, and are not personalized financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. No Guarantee of Profit
Sports betting and DFS involve substantial risk of financial loss. Past results, including any "verified" results, unit counts, or member testimonials displayed on the Site, are not indicative of future performance and do not guarantee that you will win or profit. Individual results vary based on bankroll, discipline, timing, and factors outside our control. We make no representation or warranty that you will profit from using the Service.
4. Membership, Billing, and Cancellation
- Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., 2 weeks, monthly, 3-month, 6-month) according to the tier and billing cycle you select at checkout.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time through the "Manage Subscription" page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until that date, after which Discord access is automatically revoked.
- Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing prospectively; changes will not apply to a billing period you've already paid for.
5. Discord Access and Conduct
Access to private Discord channels is granted upon successful checkout and linking your Discord account. You agree not to:
- Share your membership access, invite links, or paid content with non-members;
- Screenshot, copy, repost, or redistribute paid plays, picks, or content outside the Discord community;
- Use the Service for harassment, spam, or unlawful activity;
- Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, without refund, for violation of these Terms or Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
6. Affiliate Links and Bonus Codes
The Site contains affiliate/referral links and promo codes for third-party sportsbooks and DFS platforms (including but not limited to Pikkit, Underdog, Sleeper, Dabble, ParlayPlay, Betr, Kalshi, ProphetX, Fliff, OddsJam, and NoVig). We may receive compensation if you sign up or deposit through these links or codes. We are not responsible for the terms, promotions, availability, or conduct of these third-party platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the Discord community — including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials — is owned by Trident DFS or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trident DFS and its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, winnings, or profits arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content, picks, or strategies shared through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
